With reference to Your Lordship's despatch No.203 of the 17th June, 1920, I have the honour to inform you that, in view of Mr. Sutton's unsatisfactory medical history sheet, it is not considered advisable to re-employ him in the Police Force and it is regretted that there is no other post under this Government which could be offered to him.
